INTRODUCTION Competitive advantage is the beneficial for the different marketers in the market and by providing the different offerings and the benefits and services to their consumers (Gao and et. al., 2010). This advantage is the set of the innovative and the different products so that the sale of the company should be increased. The present report is based on Amazon, which is having an online retail market which deals in the consumer electronics etc. the product of Amazon that is Kindle market share value is 73.7% (Amazon, 2015). The strategies which to be used by the company and the issues related to the strategy has to be discussed in the report. It is a set of the innovative and different features of the company and the products and services sale to the consumers so that companies can achieve the targets what they have decided and it is the betterment for the enterprise in the competitive market (Porter, 2011). There are three determinants which can be used in the competitive advantage that what the company produces for their consumers, their target market that what they have to achieve and the competition from the other entity in the different products. There are three types of advantage which includes the cost competitive advantage, product or service differentiation and niche strategies. The company has to make new and the innovative products and provided better services to their customers so that they can purchase more products and it is good for the entity in the competitive market that company can attain the success (McWilliams and Siegel, 2010). Amazon is the online retailing business and expand their business in 1990s to offer the biggest selection of the books, electronic items etc. Focus of Amazon on the market share over the profits. Product range of the Amazon is varied reasonable so that everyone can purchase the products of the company and services can also avail. Amazon is very good because this company is having the scope in doing the competition with the other companies. The Organisation is having the direction and the scope of using the different strategies which achieves the advantage in the changing environment through the resources and the capabilities which the company having with the goal for achieving the expectations of the stakeholder (Thompson and et. al., 2013). For the consumers company produce low price, product so that it can be easy to purchase the products at a reasonable price. Along with this consumer also sell their products for the fulfilment of the facilities through Amazon and also develop their customers by using the new technology with the users to create any type of business. There are two different strategies which the company use that is different or the cost leadership strategy. If the entity is not using these strategies than the consumers and the employees of the company and does not focus on the capital or the revenue and the cost expended in the correct way Amazon has to sell the products which are having the different features so that consumers can purchase because consumers always wants new and innovative
