I created my own system to help me track my work progress to ensure that I can deliver the project on time. A new project was broken into several tasks. A task was the equivalent of workload for a day. By counting the number of tasks remaining, I got a straight forward understanding of how many work days were needed to complete the project. Everyday I took a task from a project that has least amount of free time remaining in its timeline. To help me stay focused, I only tackled one project at a time. In addition, I never left a piece of code half finished. I always tidy up my code before leaving work. So when I came back the next day, I can fully focus on a new project without thinking the unfinished business from the day before. I achieved high efficiency by staying highly focused on one project in one day and thus I never missed a
