Being the co-founder and president of First Flavor, Jay Minkoff is involved with the production of Peel ‘n Taste®, which is an edible film product (Solomon, Marshall, & Stuart, 2012). Allowing the customer to taste products ranging from fruit juice to toothpaste, the edible film is designed for in-store use as well as being inserted into magazines and other marketing literature.
