The movie, the audience can see that Maura (Poehler) is a divorced woman who is nice, goofy and flirty, and Kate (Fey) is a jobless mom who is sassy, hotheaded and mean. The actors powerful acting made Sisters feel like a real sister’s movie because Fey and Poehler get laughs with the smart, incorrect dialogue, their timing, the easy swing of their relationship, and their ingrained song’n’dance relish for the material (Bradshaw). The viewers can relate to the movie who has a sister or a best friend that is like a sister. There are many scenes where the actors were comfortable being themselves and not feeling embarrassed, which shows the viewers that sisterhood is fun.
