The two twin brothers, Tiki and Ronde Barber, have been extremely popular in their lifetime. They have both been superstars in the NFL and have since written many children's books about their experiences throughout their lives. They choose to write together and fantasize about the good times in their lives. Most of the stories that they write together are meant for younger audiences. And, for the most part, they have been extremely successful in their sales. Tiki was the first of the brothers to begin writing. His first book, “Tiki: My Life and the Game Beyond”, was released on September 18, 2007. Ronde Barber fell behind when it came to writing and did not begin writing until he and his brother began to write together. Their first book that they co-authored was titled “By My Brother’s Side” and was released in 2004. This book was aimed for younger audiences and was very well received. This book went through the young brothers’ lives as they grew up, telling about their different experiences and what all happened throughout their childhood. This was typically the main theme of their books and they were all very well received by younger audiences. Their 2007 book, “Kickoff!”, was particularly well received. This book tells of the start of their junior high career and of the many challenges that they had to face. None of their books were award winners, but they were very well received by younger children and critics due to the duo’s popularity from their NFL career.
