To begin, I believe Leonardo was a revolutionary individual, and his artistic talent was only a fraction of his skill and influence on future artist and inventors. For example, his painting of the Mona Lisa, and The Last Supper are still praised for the skill work, and artist today use many of his techniques to enhance their art. The Last Supper shows his skill in painting each individual person with their own emotion, and creating a three-dimensional landscape of this Biblical event. It also show his ability to tell a story within his art, by showing Juda’s guilt as the one to betray Jesus. His ability to use shading and linear landscapes brought this painting to life. Likewise, the Mona Lisa stands alone in the detail and the lifelike appearance.
