It was the first time that we [ Israa and Dhoha ] had prepared a lesson plan and to teach a class that was generally good, not as what we had been thought. Our lesson plan were clear for us we had to choose about seven exercises to teach it in 20 minutes, 10 per each. There were some mistakes on the lesson plan according to Ms.khouloud Mtibaa’s feedback. Firstly, we wrote, “used method” instead of description, which is wrong and we should distinguish between them. Secondly, there were some grammatical mistakes in the lesson plan. Thirdly, we misunderstood the distribution of the time for the exercises. Therefore, we did not count the time of the explanations for the exercises on the lesson plan. 13th March, the day of teaching, …show more content…

Stop the ball in long distance (the ball no longer moves) Increase the difficulty in controlling the ball by increasing the distance. That, will improve the attention and the ability to control the ball The player waits for the ball, she raise her cocked foot and stops the ball with the sole of the foot. Then position the ball and kicks back to the partner. - More attention and concentration

The half stop ( the ball doesn’t stop completely) Increasing the speed of the player by not stopping the ball in receiving. The player receives the ball with the sole of the foot. She pulls it to the side and then dribbles with it straight ahead. - Ball

Ball reception with the instep (receive the ball from the inside of the foot)
Changing the receiving techniques gives more choice to choose the more suitable part of player’s body. The ball comes toward the player. She pulls her foot back slightly and controls the ball with instep. - Ball
