Additionally, he tripled the territory of his state by conquest and purchasing the surrounding sovereign territories. Joan of Arc saved France at the battle at Orleans and inspired French to drive the English out of France. Ivan III is fascinated about how Joan of Arc led her troops though various battles at such a young age. Joan and Ivan III would sit next to each other and discuss about their military tragedies that led their troops into becoming victorious in battles. Ivan will narrate his story about his victory against the Mongolian Empire, formed by Genghis Khan, for Joan. Additionally, they can discuss about working together to conquering lands as allies. Because of Ivan’s ruler status, he will not sit next to Pericles simply due to Pericles intention to make Athens a democracy. Pericles and Ivan III the Great will argue about their ideal government system. Assuming they’re enemies, he would sit away from Genghis Khan because drove away the Mongols during the Golden Horde.
