In 1963 “I have a Dream” was delivered by Martin Luther King Jr. Martin first said “I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.” As he meant by that, that he was overjoyed because in over 100 years the slaves are finally free. The slaves are finally free from harsh and hard labor. The slaves are free but still don’t have any rights to do anything.
