Dr. Sanders said that this had piqued his interest and that he decided to go. During the discussion Dr. Sanders says that questions kept getting thrown back and forth across the room by the Atheists debating the Christians, and the Christians in turn debating the Atheists. Dr. Sanders decided to stay out of these discussions until an atheist student by the name of Matt decided to make a declaration.…

Well, it's the most loved and or hated things on the face of the planet. Many people devote their entire lives toward being enlightened by that very special, magical person. Because to tell you the truth, all I ever listen to are people talking about their Christian or Catholic beliefs and nobody ever bats an eye, but as soon as somebody even as mentions an Agnostic or Atheistic belief its considered "evil" or "satanism", which is most times not the case.…

It is true that there exist many different religions and each has its own God or gods. Now, if good and right depended on what gods or God say, how will we know which God is right. And even if we look from a monotheistic point of view, even if there is only one God and different religions how would we know which of the religions is right about God's commands. The first thing came to mind when I first read this discussion question is that it is objective. However, later I was able to understand that it is relative.…

Religion is a big part of the world and a big part of people’s lives. Religion gave many people hope and faith and sometimes many countries followed only one religion. There are many big religions in the world and the two that I chose were Christianity and Islam. I chose these two because I feel like they are very alike yet very different.
