Comparison Between 'We Are The Rangers And The Song Happy'

In the book We Are The Rangers and the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams both explain how life is tough but there's always room for laughter and fun. Life is going to be hard at time and times are rough but no one wants to live their life miserably so always make time for happiness. According to Stan Fischler, “We played a tough game but we also had a million laughs” (Fischler 60). It was a hard fought game but the players had fun on the bench and in the locker room and were enjoying what they were playing. The lyrics explain how nothing will get you down and always feel happy. There is no better feeling than knowing one is victorious and conquered its opponent. Stan Fischler stated “To be apart of that victory was a great feeling, but it's something you have to personally go through to understand it” (Fischler 137). It is a great accomplishment when you win and is very joyful. The lyrics relate to how winning gives you confidence and gives you a smile.
