Our team visited Lazy Dog & Bar to get ideas of new dishes. We have been consistently communicating each other to ensure that we all have different and successful ideas of menu for Lazy Dog & Bar. We did not have a hard time to come up new items but we were not sure that we are heading right direction because we did not have a mentor who can help us to keep on a right track. We tried to think about a dish that only needs ingredients that Lazy Dog & Bar already have so there is no need to have extra expenditure for new item. Since Lazy Dog & Bar is American and Asian fusion restaurant, they are already using lots of different ingredients that cover most of American and Asian cultural dishes so it was not hard to come up new items.
