PER REPORTER: Johnnie (father) just got out of jail 8 weeks ago. The reporter said Johnnie was in jail for drugs and theft. Per reporter there’s talk in the community about Johnnie still using drugs. It is unknown what type of drugs Johnnie is using. The reporter said while Johnnie was in jail Charles was living with aunt Lottie. Now Johnnie is out of jail Charles is back living with him. However, the reporter said Charles told some of his friends that he was living in a camper in someone’s yard and Johnnie and his girlfriend is living in another camper in the same person’s yard. The person’s name is unknown. It is unknown by the reporter how long Charles has been living in the camper alone. It is unknown if there’s food and working utilities
