At some point in everyone’s life, a person must make a difficult choice. Some decisions may seem simple, but they may actually be life changing. Whether it be to buy a home, a car, or to commit to a marriage. In these situations, a considerable amount of thought is needed to make the best choice. The hours are the same, but at a different times of the day. The pay is a bit less, also there are not as many benefits offered. They offer have minimal insurance. Their franchises pay their employees every week, this can be more convenient for frequent spenders. 7/11 is less demanding, lesser responsibilities, has relevance to the pay offered. The location is ideal, and within walking distance. The commute is less hectic. While Sentara is ten minutes away driving, 7/11 is ten minutes away walking. One would not have to battle traffic daily. The short distance from home would provide peace of mind. Transportation cost would be cut down to almost nothing, if individuals decided to drive. The location is more desirable for those who like security, also maintaining attendance would be easier. Sentara’s facility is often more peaceful. The position in question is environmental services.
