Comparing to the two pizzas from the restaurants, my pizza could be considered somewhat healthy. On average teenagers need 1,800-2,200 calorie/ day, 46g of protein, 325g of carbohydrates, 26g of fiber, 70-100g of fat, 2,300mg of sodium and 1,300g of calcium every day. Suppose, I had this pizza for all three of my meals; I would not actually exceed all the recommended nutrient values. However, there would still be a large amount of sodium content on my pizza. This is why I would say that my pizza is fairly healthy.
