Most tales have some sort of theme. Especially stories that stick with you forever; the ones that meant something. Whether it be something simple or complex, themes are extremely beneficial to carry the plot along and in my opinion makes reading truly worthwhile. Luckily, William Shakespeare was incredible at developing marvelous themes as seen in Romeo and Juliet, 12 Nights, and more importantly Hamlet.
