“Every art should become science, and every science should become art,” (Heinrich von Schlegel). I think that this quote relates to comparing art and considering that comparing art is a science. All the colors that the artists used on both of the paintings were both different than each other. The Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo de Vinci didn’t have incredibly countless colors compared to Starry Night which was painted by Vincent van Gogh. Gogh’s Starry Night used mostly blue with hints of yellow, green and white, while the Mona Lisa used mostly brown with just a slight fragment of other colors in the background. Leonardo de Vinci could have used more colors in his painting like Vincent van Gogh did. On the other hand, Starry Night catches my
