For over 2000 years, followers of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, have been remembering His death and resurrection through the regular practice of the Lord’s Supper, also known as the Eucharist or the Holy Communion, as well as annual traditions. Likewise, for over 3500 years, people of the Jewish faith have been remembering an earlier deliverance through the Passover meal, Passover festival and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, as well as other rituals that precede and follow those mentioned.
