Both the Jabberwocky and The Lorax have a very unique setting
In the poem Jabberwocky the setting is in a very thick forest which feel would be dark due to all the trees. The location/setting of this poem is very eerie. I feel like author did this so that the reader would feel the suspense in a better way. So you can assume that the setting of this poem is in a eerie and thick forest.
In the story The Lorax the setting is a very happy place with lots of pretty trees and lots of joyful animals. However, towards the end of the story the setting becomes more sad and creepy due to the pollution and declining population. So you can conclude from that the story’s setting is at first joyful and then it becomes creepy.
You can conclude from these settings that the places where the poem/ story are happening aren’t similar. Therefore, they are different.
