Comparing The Death Penalty And Racism

Throughout all the research, information gathering, I came up that race does play a part in deciding if someone receives the death penalty. Not saying that if the defendant is white or black they will receive the death penalty or if the victim is white or black will cause a person to receive the death penalty. But it is more likely in statics, that a reason whose victims is white has likely of a chance of receiving the death penalty than any other race of a victim.
