The crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus within the four gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John have both similarities and differences when discussing the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. I will be focusing on these commonalities and contrasts to explain how the execution and resurrection is interconnected with Christianity today. The first gospel Mark describes Jesus clothed in a purple cloak with a twisting thorn crown upon his head.
