There are several verses in the Bible that show the importance of children in the eyes of God. To me, one in particular stands out: But Jesus said, "Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." After laying His hands on them, He departed from there (Matthew 19:14, New American Standard Bible). What greater honor upon children than for Jesus himself to say that the kindom of Heaven belongs to them?

CDT, just in time for dinner to be the initial observation period. Dinner consisted of Hamburger Helper. Jordan displays good development of fine motor skills by use of a fork during part of the meal. Fine motor skills are the skills that involve the use of small muscles and require hand eye coordination (Martorell, G., Papalia, D., & Feldman, R., 2014). Handedness, or preference for using a particular hand (Martorell et al, 2014, p. 259), seems to be primarily the right hand; though Jordan displays some ambidextrous skills while using the fork right handed while simultaneously eating some of his dinner with his left hand. Jordan was able to remain focused on the task at hand for approximately ten minutes before deciding he wanted down from his seat. At this time, he jumped down out of his chair and stole some croutons off of Samantha’s salad before running off to the living room to retrieve a cup from the fast food restaurant, Sonic. Locomotion is primarily running and hopping. He occasionally walks, but when he decides to go somewhere, he wants to get there as quickly as …show more content…
Jordan has a definite secure attachment, or ability to quickly and effectively find comfort from a caregiver (Martorell et al., 2014, p. 229) to both Samantha and Tyler. Synchrony within the family is well developed. A slight separation anxiety was noted when Tyler had to leave the home to go to work for a few minutes, as evidenced by Jordan crying, attempting to grab him, and stating “I want to go with Daddy!” The separation anxiety falls within normal parameters for a child his age, as separation anxiety tends to intensify around age two, then begins to decrease after that (Berger,
