In the myth stories "Pandora's Box" and "Loo-Wit, the Fire Keeper", both authors use symbolism to reveal the theme. In "Pandora's Box", a symbol used is the tiny, delicate creature of hope. This thing represents that no matter how small hope is, it will always overpower evil. It also teaches that it is important to not let curiosity get the best of you because it was Pandora’s own curiosity that caused her to open the box and let all the evils out, and it is only then, when everything seems to be devoured by evil, that hope is needed most. On line 93 it says, “I am sure it will.
