I noticed he used the problem and solution one, because the first part of his speech he presented us with the struggles that brown people go thru every day and how it is influenced by the society that we as citizens have built, he too explained to us the problem we have with understanding things that don’t relate to white culture. I didn’t write any notes but I did attend the speech so I will “quonnect” with what I remember him saying. One thing that stuck to me was when he explain American history in a nutshell I remember him saying “One rich white dude tells the poor white people that the colored man is guilty of the situation they are living” it was funny but also true because you can see thru history that this statement can be backed up, for example when the colonist were starving they blame the native American and almost killed them all.
