Personality indicators or assessments can be an eye opener for a person who is not completely knowledgeable or truthful about his or her own personality traits. Personalities do tend to differ based on the various things such as the time of the week, time of the day, awareness, and even physical appearances. Personally, I feel my personality is acceptable and can improve, but with the help of a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a Big Five Personality Model, I have a new form of identity for myself. First, Robbins and Judges identified extraverted individuals as “outgoing, sociable, and assertive” and introverted individuals as “quiet and shy”. With that being said, humanmetrics.com identified me as intuitive while outofservice.com identified me as highly conscientiousness. Robbins and Judges, state that conscientiousness is “a measure of reliability.” I feel that I am a very reliable, dependable, and well-organized person. On the other hand, with the results of the two assessments, I feel that I have added on a few more personalities that would assist me in the current position to be more knowledgeable and transition smooth. I am proud of the person that I am and trust that even greater things are ahead. Psalms 139:14 New Living Translations (NLT) states, “Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.” I know that I am a creation of God Almighty and He made me with excellent intentions. My personality will grow and improve in the direction He has for me. Jeremiah 29:11 New Living Translation (NLT) reads, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” I leave my future in the hand of God and not man, so if my personality is not suitable for a business, God will lead me in a better
