A beloved Dog and his beloved Girl Most dogs get chosen by their owner, but this dog named Lob chose it’s owner named Sandy. In this story, we will be discussing how the author uses the story’s events to show the love between Lob and Sandy. This story is about a dog named Lob who walked 800 miles to leave his owner and live with a special girl named Sandy. I have three quotes to share with you. The first one is, “It was love in first sight”. The second one is, “Lob crashed in the kitchen with tarry feet”. The last one is, “At the sound of Lobs whine, Sandy woke up from her coma”. Let's move on and start quote one.

The moment Sandy and Lob laid eyes on each other, they couldn’t be separated. In the story it explains that Lob gave himself to Sandy. This gives you a hint to how much Lob loves Sandy. Lob gave himself to Sandy means that he already knew that he would do anything for her. On page 451, it explains how fast they started loving each other. A quote to support my quote would be, “They cast many a backward glance at Lob being pulled away by his owner.”. In the passage, it explains how strong their connection is by having Sandy wake up from her coma the moment Lob walks through that door. Sandy’s first words were, “Lob? Lobby boy?”. After Lob’s visit, Sandy had a sign or recovery. Before Lob’s visit, Sandy had no sign of recovery. This means that the presence of Lob made Sandy even stronger. They loved each other very much. On page 458, it explains how deep and strong Lob and Sandy’s bond really is.Here is the quote, “ With the sound of Lob’s whine, Sandy woke up from her coma.”. This supports the reason because it definitely tells you that their bond can do the
