Leaders have many qualities and all of them are very important but I find a few that I found very important to have as a leader. You need to be brave and have courage you need to listen to what other people have to say and to have passion for what you do. Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman had a lot of courage to do what they did . Harriet would still go back to free other slave after getting out of slavery herself it took a lot of courage of and bravery to go back to help others she could have been killed or become a slave again . she must have had a lot of passion to she kept coming back
