Comparing Judith And Carlos's Life Line

There were tree plays that took place that night. The one that caught my attention was Life Line. There will be an analysis of the characters and how the stage was set up and how that helped delivered the message of the play. There were two main characters, Judith and Carlos. There were other characters that the audience were not able to see them, only heard their voices, two males and a young girl voice. Some of the themes were relationships, death, sickness, and loneliness. These themes were potried from the characters. And the stage set up helped the played deliver its message.
Both characters seem to have conflict with themselves. Even if they did not want to addimite it to themselves. At the beginning had conflict with one another. At the beginning the characters entered trought the back of the stage. There was a time in they paly were both of the characters went out of the office and they used the frame that was set up on the stage to simulatie as if there was a door and they were going out. In another part of the play the lights went out Carlos went to the back of the stage to figure out how to turn on the lights with the switches that was in the back.
The play comes in a full circle. The message was clear, everyone needs a life line. Not just because Judith was there to help others did not mean she did not need help. And not just because Carlos was there to do his time did not mean he was did not need help as well. The circumstances that they went through together with the call brought them toughter and to open up. Two strangers listened to each other and it seem to make it a little easier to keep going in life. There were each others life
