Some mothers educate their daughters to be experts in one thing in life such as being a good wife or a famous person. They wish their daughters make everything they say. Mothers are expert in giving instructions all the time without explaining the reason why their daughters need to do that. For example, mother says, “Wash the white clothes on Monday and put them on the stone heap; wash the color clothes on Tuesday and put them on the clothesline to dry” (Kincaid 44).
