The Gameboy was released in America in 1989 July 21. The Gameboy was well liked because of its simple controls and its most addictive games. The Gameboy was mostly popular because of its games like Zelda, Pokémon or The Mario Bros. It was also great because of its battery time; the system could run for 30 hours on only two AA batteries. This was due to the system only having 4 shades of gray and no backlight. With no backlight, you couldn’t see the screen even if the screen went slightly darker. According to most people this was the worst PlayStation console ever made. The Ps3 did look good on the outside, but it did have a lot of faults on the inside which made it very prone to breaking. The Ps4 was built to…. just look good, this definitely ruined the system. The game quality was horrible with only a few games at 720p and only one game at 1080p which was Fight Night Champion. The Ps3 had some great features as well. Their multiplayer connection was outstanding and also allowed more than ten people to play at once, that’s a full basketball game! Also, the system did have another input so just in case if something went wrong with your HDMI you could just plug in the AV cord. Unfortunately, this will take down the quality DRAMATICALLY.
