These two poems are similar, but also very different. They are similar because they are both written about war or in war times. They both use imagery and metaphors to allow the reader to visualize the scenes they are trying to convey. For example, in the poem “Dulce Et Decorum Est” the poet describes the use of gas and depicts how it killed one of his fellow soldiers.
