Did my friends do something that I thought was cool and good that I could try?" Don't focus on the bad things. Look at what you did well and not at all the things that went wrong. It is human nature to focus on the bad things in life. Sure there is always something to improve on, but if you live in the past then you never have fun. The past has happened so don't dwell in it. Make some mental notes when mistakes happen and then move on. That way when they arise again then you know what to do and not make the same mistakes as the last time. I think that before everyone moves on with their lives and go to college or to work, they should do a self-evaluation. This way they can look at their strengths and weaknesses. However, don't dwell on your weaknesses. Do this so that you know what to do to become a better person. You should always know your strengths so that you know that not everything that you do is a failure. The strengths are there to remind you that while you are not perfect you do have talents and people know them and appreciate your talents. Use your strengths for you not against you. Your weaknesses may be other people's strengths. This also works the other way. Your strengths may be other people's weaknesses. You are not perfect. I am not perfect.
