Confucianism-Based on Confucius’s thinking that a person could improve. These laws were lighter and led to education reforms improving literacy.
Ban Zhao- Was a female writer who believed in Confucianism and she wanted women to become more educated to live better lives.
Daoism- A belief that people shouldn’t spend time on education but finding inner harmony with nature.

Hinduism to challenge Buddhism made some of their rituals easier and and said that actions in this word and the detached performances of the caste duties might liberate them in the afterlife. Also Hinduism made ending the cycle of rebirth easier in the eyes of people, which meant they wouldn’t have to work as hard and meditate. Hinduism made itself easier to the common people to follow which made it more popular to the people of the lower caste.

Chinese traditions were deeply intermixed with governments such as the three answers ( Legalism, Confucianism, Daoism.) Indian cultural traditions were more self relating and how one reaches Nirvana or Moksha. Chinese cultural traditions had developed being completely contradictory to each other and totally different. Indian cultural traditions were mostly similar in many ways and had few difference but generally share many basic concepts. Indian patriarchy became stronger over time as women lost more rights, however in China women had gained more rights which helped in them get some more educational
