The first explanation of how the dynasties of Ancient China are different is during the period of decline the Tang dynasty got selfish and ignored the need of the poor. They didn't care about their people because they were focusing on their luxuries. This was very similar to the Qin dynasty because Qin dynasty didn't care about their people at some point too. They did this because they were more focused on the building of China almost like the Tang dynasty. Another explanation of how the Tang dynasty is similar to the Qin dynasty is that both dynasties seemed to weaken after a while not paying attention to the economy's wants. For example, the Qin dynasty weakened because of all the hard work and building. This caused the economy to decline by all the people dying under the Qin's control. This was similar to the Tang dynasty in the period of decline because the Tang dynasty focused of their luxuries since this happened the economy started to weaken. This happened because the Tang overlooked their people and didn't provide the needs that they needed. The last example of why the dynasties are the same is because of the people that were dying under their control. They both overlooked the people of China.
