Besides both being named “Mac”, Macbeth and Macduff have bravery and respect. Macbeth’s bravery is witnesses in Act 1, Scene 2 when the Captain tell Macbeth’s story about him cutting Macdonwald’s head off. The Captain bloody and wounded, finishes the fight from the battlefield saying, “But Luck and Macdonwald together weren’t strong enough. Macbeth is a person who only thinks about what he gets, and not about what everyone else wants. Macduff is someone who thinks of others, and takes care of them; He is being a blessing. Macduff can relate to me, because I'm sort of like him; I am more than willing to give my time to help others, unlike Macduff’s time through killing bad people. I can go out to my community and help other people meet their daily food needs, by giving them a big bag of groceries.
