The styles of leadership that both Willie and Cyrus use to rule over the people could be seen as effective and powerful, ultimately making both men successful. Although, Cyrus and Willie united their people and gave back in many ways to their subjects, neither could be considered the superior leader. At the beginning of his career, Willie was on a mission to break down the previously established corrupt factions in his state. The corrupt system gave back to the rich instead of the poor and Willie wanted to reverse this system.
