We all have our personal heroes that we like to compare to others. Mine is Walt Disney in comparison to Odysseus, king of Ithaca. Odysseus is from an island in the Ionian Sea in Greece, “Ithaca is an island in the Ionian Sea in Greece, which was an important setting in one of the most famous myths of ancient Greece, the Odyssey (Ithaca, 2017).” And Walt Disney is from Hermosa, Chicago, IL. Odysseus is a typical hero we all think of when we hear the word hero on behalf of he faces challenges and uses his Machiavellian and attractiveness to pull him out of trouble, but Walt Disney is a hero we wouldn’t think of for the reason that he lets little kids know that as long as they don’t give up they can carry out anything and if he gave up we wouldn’t…

At some point, boyhood stops and manhood begins. Walt Disney had a vision. He imagined an amusement park where children and their parents could enjoy rides and have fun together. But, when he was in an amusement park in the early twentieth century, he noticed that there were only random assortments of roller coasters, and how sanitation wasn't the greatest importance. Walt wanted a place where children and families could have fun together in a clean, orderly and fun way, and at an affordable price. Disney world is a place where dreams come true. When I was a child, I got to visit Disney World every year. I stumble upon Main Street USA after Strolling through the magical gates. The theme of Main Street USA takes me back in time to the early 20th century small-town America, As I wander down Main Street, I can see a vintage barbershop, charming little shops, and an old-fashioned movie theatre. Since I work at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, my options for the subject of this paper were very limited. Disney is extremely strict on what kind of information is released, so I couldn’t reorganize a stockroom – pictures backstage are off limits – I couldn’t produce a fashion show – I don’t work solely with apparel – and I couldn’t do anything that interfered with the visual merchandising department. With all that said, I decided to comparison shop Disney World and Universal Studios. I’ve been visiting Walt Disney World for years and years now, so when I decided to take a trip to Universal, it was a huge change for me. To me, Disney is this magical place where the outside world fades away once you enter; nothing really compares.…

Although they do have some similarities, such as rides and family friendliness, they are both very different.…

I’ve only been to Disney World once in my life and I don’t remember a thing. I think it is cool to understand how this kingdom was built by the great Walt Disney. It’s amazing how Walt Disney started with little support with pursuing a degree in arts. Then ending up building Disneyland and building Disney World even after he had passed away. As a kid I had always love Mickey Mouse and reading this booking seeing that he was the cartoon to character that started this.…
