Compare And Contrast Two Personality Types

Having a unique personality is part of what makes up a person, but there are some characteristics that cause many unique people to fall under two big personality types. These two personality types are called Type A and Type B. These personality types were discovered during a study done by Meyer Friedman, Ray Rosenman, and their colleagues about how stress causes heart attacks. When studying what causes stress they discovered that most people fell clearly under one of two personality types; this led them to study the types more closely.
Compare and Contrast Probably the biggest difference between Type A and Type B personalities is the levels of stress the individuals feel. Type A people feel more stress and get more worked up about deadlines and personal goals. Due to their need to achieve all goals and never accept failure they usually perform far beyond what is expected of them. I get them to calm down and relax; I remind them that there is no need to get all worked up before a test. I know that they know what will be on the test, but they always seem to forget that and panic. They help me cope by encouraging me to get my work done by the deadlines, or at least closer to the deadlines. There are a lot of different ways to relieve stress. For example, you can write about why you are stressed, meditate, take a bubble bath, drink some tea, or even just listen to music. When I start to feel stressed I usually take a walk by myself or go for a bike ride, my grandmother just counts to ten and back to one, and my girlfriend plays Call of Duty. Finding the right way to cope and relieve stress is different for everyone, so it’s really just about finding what is right for you and not worrying about what other people
