Compare And Contrast To Kill A Mockingbird And The Help

In many ways “The Help” is alought like “To Kill A Mockingbird.” In ways the story “The Help” is considered to be the next “To Kill A Mockingbird”. I truly think they lived up to that claim.
They both are set in the south in the 1900’s. Both the stories both have to do with racism. “To kill A Mockingbird” is about a black man that was falsely accused of rape, and “The Help” is about the lives of slaves back in the 1960’s. The characters in the stories also have a striking resemblance. Scout and Skeeter in are both characters that are both female characters that are not your typical woman.
