The topic abortion can be a very sensitive subject to speak on. When abortion is expressed it can display various reactions. As we know abortion can become a watchword that initiates quarrel, discussion, and deliberation. The inharmonious thoughts can be converted in numerous ways, such as practical, old-fashioned and open-minded. This crucial argument that stirs a passionate response is based on the notion “the right of persons”.
In the essay, I will be examining two philosophers Michael Tooley and Don Marquis in a compare and contrast of their opinions on “the right of person” and abortion. In the first difference, Tooley does not agree that the first moment of conception that a fetus is a person and does not have the right to life. He believes
