In the book “Night”, Jews are taken away from their homes, and sent to concentration camps. Which this event in history is the Holocaust. The book is written about events that happened to someone during the Holocaust, and what he had to experience during this tragic event. In the book there is a boy named Amir, and he has a servant boy for the first half of the book, before something bad happens. In the second half of the book is Amir is in America and he goes back to Afghanistan to find the servant boy’s son, Sohrab. While in Afghanistan, Amir finds out he is the servant boy’s half brother. Amir is battled and bruised on the way to getting back home, and his wife is anxious to get him back home as well. Sohrab went silent when he was brought to the US, and Amir tried to get him to snap out of it, and it works, and Sohrab has become a happier little boy and is starting to enjoy his
