To think that the little skank can just keep calling my wife's name and pretend it´s alright. But her and Daisy are very similar in certain ways. They're both naive, money hungry, selfish and they can't get enough of me. It´s not my fault that there wasn't another Tom Buchanan made on this planet but I guess I have to satisfy the needs of all. But Myrtle, she's taking things way too far and I can´t take it anymore. She thinks she can do anything she want because I take her away from that ingrate of a husband she has, buy her jewelry, a dog and even a apartment to do whatever we want alone and she has the audacity to call my wife by her name!
I spend all the time I can with the little brat and she has the audacity to say that name? ¨Enough Myrtle! Don't make me get angry!¨ She just stands there screaming at me with her screechy voice and says that name over and over. She asks why she can't say her name, is she a complete moron? Maybe her husband has rubbed off on her before I picked her up. What makes it worse is that everyone at the apartment is having such a good time! Mr. and Mrs. McKee, Catherine, even Nick is

I didn't even hit her that hard I just wanted to make her shut up. She better not get blood on the carpet I paid thousands of dollars for that rug. Now everyone is yelling at me like I´m a psycho. I was just trying to make her be quiet and now I'm the bad guy. My fist is still clenched and it has a bit of blood on it. Disgusting, I better wipe this off. She´s need to be a woman and learn how to take a hit, especially if a hit was soft. Now everyone is leaving, this is all her fault. If she would've shut her mouth then we would still be having a good time. At Least she knows what I'm capable of so now she can keep her little mouth shut and not mention anything about Daisy. Daisy is not meant for mentioning by a low class girl like her. But still she is my girl and I got to treat her the best I

When telling Nick about her and Tom’s daughter, she mentions how she was disappointed it was a girl, saying, “I hope she 'll be a fool -that 's the best thing a girl can be in this world” (Fitzgerald 45).
