The due process model, “emphasizes the need to reform people through rehabilitation”. For example, in the Casey Anthony case that took place on July 2008, Casey Anthony was not found guilty of murdering her daughter who was found near her home, she also was seen out partying while knowing her daughter was missing, and she also gave many false stories when questioned about her daughter.
