Each Country has their own Justice System and each will differ slightly from the United States. In the end the end result is all the same which is getting their country as safe as possible and looking up the offenders that cannot be a good member productive member of their society. The two Justice System in this paper that will be discussed are the United States and The German justice system. Three items will be compared and contrasted within this paper such as International Police Cooperation, Policing System and Procedural Law. It’s important to remember that Nations have different beliefs, values, and different operational procedures.

It doesn’t matter what Country you are, everyone wants justice to be served and will work together when it is needed and necessary. Germany and the U.S have a good working relationship and will continue to work together when it is needed and help each other when needed. Both want to eliminate crimes and detain suspects to keep their citizens safe.
The next item to be discussed is the Policing System of the two countries, U.S and Germany. In the U.S we have over 17000 agencies alone this includes national, state, county, and municipal levels (CliffsNotes, 2015). These include FBI, ATF, DEA, Marshals, HWY Patrol, Sheriffs, INS and many more agencies. Germany on the other hand does not have that many agencies within the country and only Bundepolizei and Bundeskriminalamt have nationwide
