(How is the clothing of the two generations differing from each other?)
The two generations differ from their choice of clothing greatly. Teenagers from the 90’s prefer to be comfortable and conservative in their daily wear whereas modern teenagers nowadays would rather wear tight and a bit revealing, at times. This is proven by our survey when we ask which choice of clothing they prefer. A fair amount even admitted, when we asked them (just light conversation), that they only wear or wore it because it was the trend.

No man is an island after all. People need the support of people around them especially teens. Teenagers are emotionally and mentally unstable at this stage. They need guidance and wisdom to point them to the right path. Even 90’s teens have what we call “barkada”, and teens are comfortable and enjoy the company of their barkada. Maybe not so on the family but more or less most modern teens are also comfortable around their families.

(Does today’s technology-driven society have to do with the deteriorating personal interactive communication between teens?) Most teenagers, both dated and modern, answered yes to this question. With the internet and modern technology, modern teens are more prone to less interact with other people. Today’s technology can make easier access to other people around the globe but being physically there and talking to them in a computer is not the same. Modern teenagers’ social skills are lesser compared to the dated teenagers. You can even notice nowadays either in social events or in everyday living, only a handful of modern teenagers mingle with other people. They tend to just click away in their phones or other type of gadgets than interact with others. Fashion and the mindset of these two contradicting teenagers differ. The 90’s teens fancy conservativeness in every way because of their opinion before about dressing inappropriately. Now, teens are freer to express themselves that they sometimes learn things the hard way. These days there are more teenagers that become parents in an early age. The mindset also helps in this problem. Formerly dated teenagers were taught that everything doesn’t come in a silver platter. Today because of instant everything, modern teenagers think that life is easy so they become daredevils. So, we can say that dated teens value conservativeness more than modern
