Compare And Contrast Salem Witch Trials And Mccarthy

Sometimes, things are just not what they seem to be on the surface. There are lots of reasons that would make it like this. When there are lots of people that are scared and all the sudden some person comes in and starts to fix all the problems, it is great and you get caught up in what is being fix even if there is no reasonable explanation for why it is being fixed. You just know that they are helping you and helping others or so it looks like. It calms you and you go with what that person is doing and you are grateful for what they are doing. But, if you know that what the person is doing is actually bad and you know the reason for doing it, you don’t want to speak out against them because you don’t want to be one of the victims and others think that you were part of their fear. Just like you thought other people were part of your fear and instead, nothing should have been feared. You don’t want to have them have a problem with you. The second steps were girls were caught dancing in the woods and it caused fear and then spies were caught in the US and that also caused fear. The third steps was that both Abigail and Senator McCarthy had problems with people and wanted to get revenge. To get revenge they both saw an opportunity to get back at the people and to gain power or favor of people. The next thing that happened was that the trials happened and since there was fear, they both got what they wanted even though they had no evidence and they were also lying about everything.
