Compare and Contrast: Rikki-Tikki-Tavi

A cobra’s worst fear is the mongoose. The mongoose is known for being agile and fast, which contributes to the ability to kill a venomous snake. The cobras have intimidating hoods, along with a poisonous bite. The printed version and video are the same, with only a few minor differences.
The Rikki-tikki-tavi printed version, written by Rudyard Kipling, is very interesting. Rikki-tikki-tavi, the mongoose, got washed up meets the dangerous cobras named Nag and Nagaina. They see the mongoose and the family as a threat and plan to kill them all. Nag and the mongoose fight, but then the father shot the snake. Nagaina wanted revenge for the death of her husband. The mongoose ended Nagaina and became a hero
