All of which are whole grains expect for the pearled barley. Pearled barley and quick pearled barley is essential to quick preparation for consumption to humans. Barley has quite a few uses, along with quinoa, such as soups, side dishes and even alcohol like beer. However, barley has quite a few healthy uses.
