In the book Ponyboy seemed very tough, even though it did say that he didn’t use his head. But in the movie, he seemed weak. The way he acted in the movie he seemed insecure to be a greaser, where in the book he didn’t really seem to notice until Johnny’s incident. In the book he wanted a lot of change, he was very determined and serious about stopping greasers and Socs. However, in the movie, when he was talking to Randy in his Mustang, Ponyboy acted like he didn’t really care.
Two-Bit In the book, Two-Bit seemed a little less mature, and a lot older and tougher. I had pictured him almost how Dally turned out in the movie. It didn’t mention how much he loved Mickey mouse in the book. In the movie Two-Bit had seemed a lot nicer and
