Law enforcement (either military or civilian) is what I plan to go into so I will base my paper on that. Some topics I could write about would be: whether a conservation officer’s job is more dangerous and life threatening than a police officer, the differences between the Navy and Air Force law enforcement programs and how one may be better than the other depending on what one is looking for, or possibly how military law enforcement could be better than civilian law enforcement. I know that conservation officers are not only constantly dealing with armed hunters and poachers, but also have to deal with dangerous and poisonous wildlife as well as poisonous bugs and plants. Police have to work with all types of different people that can pose many threats at any time. They may be armed, have consumed narcotics that enhance physical abilities, consumed too much

A few of the Navy law enforcement’s responsibilities are to operate military prions on ships, provide security and protect service members, and handle and care for dogs that sniff out different narcotics and also bombs. The Air Force law enforcement handles leading and organizing Security Forces operations, developing Security Forces plans, and providing security for the base. For education, the Navy only requires you to have a high-school diploma or higher to join their law enforcement program. However, the Air Force requires that you at least have a Bachelor’s Degree in either sociology, criminology, police administration, criminal justice, or a related area. Also the salary for Navy E-1 for 4 years of service is $1,546.80 a month, while the Air Force E-1 pay is $1,566.83 a month. So the pay for the Air Force is a little bit higher than the Navy but not by much. However the pay does go up as you progress in rank and can be a much higher pay later
